St. Patricks Day

Decked out in green, headed for the parade
Subways crowded on the day known as St. Patrick’s
Green shades, green hat, green kilt, and more
A sea of green and Irish pride galore!

Even though I wasn’t of Irish blood
The spirit and cheer washed through me like a flood
As I looked around I spotted men and women in kilts
Leprechauns towering over me in stilts!

As the bagpipes blew the crowd roared with applause
Thousands gathered in the city for a great cause
Men dancing in the streets, giddy from beer
As the leprechaun flag was spotted, everyone gave a cheer

As the day ended I was tired as hell
But yet the luck of the Irish took over me like a spell
It granted me good luck, for the rest of my days
I took the train back to Great Neck exhausted and amazed

MAGA

I thought I’d have some time to spend
So I watched the debate on CNN
Democrats boring, Republicans savage
Trump’s toupee looking like cabbage
He wants the Mexicans out, American pride in
‘’We can build a wall, make America great again!’’
At social media: instagram, facebook and more
Heckled Mr. Trump for reasons galore
‘’He’s inexperienced, racist, a snob and ignorant,’’
Who would’ve thought that I was a fan of this idiot?
Hilarious at debates, he runs the show
His power just gives him an aura, an everlasting glow!
Let’s face it, the rest of the candidates don’t stand a chance
Hilary a fraud, Cruz looks like a liar at the first glance
Sanders a socialist, Rubio too young,
screams for Trump echo from supporters lungs’
A man with power, influence and vision is what this country needs, and Donald J. Trump is the man for the deed
He will return the country to its’ former glory, try to salvage the plot of a nightmare story
He’ll fix unemployment, immigration and trade
I will certainly attend his inauguration parade
He will lay down the law, even though he’s compared to the Scrooge

He will Make America Great Again
2016 will be ‘’hugeeeeee’’
